Owner and founder of Kemp Solutions, Tom Kemp has nearly 20 years’ experience in Information Technology. He is an experienced leader in operations and technology with a forward vision. Tom led technical operations at MediaOne and was charged with managing fiber builds, as well as, the buildout of datacenter, operations centers, and network infrastructure in support of MediaOne’s data and video transport platforms. As CTO at Media.net, Tom designed and managed a media-specific network with applications servicing hundreds of film and television productions, post and VFX facilities, as well as production companies and studios. Tom served as both CEO and CTO at Secure Media Solutions, a provider of production applications, consulting, and managed workflow solutions to some of the highest-profile clients in the film and television industry. Most recently, Tom held the position of Senior Vice President of Information Technology at MediaXstream, a network specialist that bridges current industry operations with the demands of emerging new technologies.
